With over 25 years of experience in finding creative and meaningful ways to challenge individuals to find purpose and meaning in life, Stacey Iden joined The Village at Orchard Ridge in January of 2013 as the Life Enrichment Manager. Prior to serving in this position, Stacey’s professional work has included teaching, ministry, volunteer management, administration, event planning and nonprofit leadership. She has served as a consultant to nonprofit organizations, developing volunteer initiatives, training leaders, providing board development, establishing structures to build capacity and sustainability, and designing and implementing large-scale events.
Stacey Iden has been a part of the Winchester/Frederick County community all of her life. She received a B.S. in Education from James Madison University, holds a Graduate Certificate in Family Ministry and is a Certified Volunteer Administrator by the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration.
Stacey takes an ‘out-of-the-box’ approach to program development and creatively uses resources to design activities and events that create a culture of growth and potential for everyone.
