Rebecca Lipscomb has 25 years of strategic senior living and health care communications and sales experience in agency, corporate and community settings. A Fellow of the 2019-2020 LeadingAge Virginia/DC/Maryland Leadership Academy, Rebecca is a passionate advocate for older adults’ aspirations to live fulfilling, impactful lives with independence and choice. Rebecca joined The Village at Orchard Ridge as sales director in May 2018, where she leads a team that drives record-setting census levels across the community.
Brad Snowden spent 20 years as an attorney in private practice focusing on estate planning for high net worth clients, business organization, individual and business tax planning, and charitable planning. Brad is a regular presenter and is regionally recognized for his expertise in major and planned gift planning with a focus on appropriate tax strategies. After spending 16 years in higher education development positions, Brad joined The Village at Orchard Ridge in 2018, serving as the philanthropy director.
A graduate from Princeton and Princeton Theological Seminary, Bill McMorran spent 10 years in Washington D.C., developing AARP’s national tax and health programs and later formed a consulting group to develop planned giving and fund development services for health care, arts and older adult charities. Bill is a faculty member of the Senior Living Institute, Lead Reviewer of the “Bequests” chapter of Giving USA 2016-2020 and contributed to the Giving USA publications, “Giving and the Golden Years” and “Leaving a Legacy.”
