    Suzan is a sole practitioner emphasizing wills, trusts, estate planning, elder law, real estate and business planning. In addition to practicing law for more than 30 years, she has also authored several legal books and given many lectures on estate planning and other topics of interest.

    Brad Snowden joined The Village at Orchard Ridge as philanthropy director in January 2019. Snowden brings nearly 20 years of experience in estate planning as a practicing attorney and for 16 years advanced the philanthropic mission of two higher education institutions.

     

    Chad Bales, Vice President, The Winchester Group

    Chad Bales earned a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University, where he studied business management and economics. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing primarily on commercial insurance, employee benefits, long-term insurance and life insurance. Always striving to gain more knowledge to better assist his customers, Chad has achieved both Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations.
